I want to share some updates about the facility, introduce new payment options, and provide some information on keeping your property safe.

Security upgrades complete

I have enhanced our security systems by installing additional cameras, improving lighting, upgrading the surrounding fencing with razor wire, and upgrading access controls. These enhancements provide improved coverage throughout the property, ensuring your belongings remain safe and secure. Your help is needed as well. If you see something that does not look right, please get in touch with me on my cell phone.

Gate information

Please remember to enter your unique access code when entering and exiting the facility. For security reasons, don't allow other vehicles to follow you in. If you encounter any issues with the gate system,

Thank you to those of you who help keep our storage space clean and clutter-free!

Someone thought it was okay to leave a used mattress here—maybe they thought I looked too tired to notice? 😄 But seriously, this isn’t a dump site.

I am currently reviewing the videos. When the person responsible is identified, they will be evicted. 

Keep your smaller Personnel items out of sight

I’d love to keep our spaces looking neat and tidy, so please avoid stashing smaller items on the side, behind, on top of, or under your main vehicle. This helps ensure nothing gets misplaced or goes missing. You know who you are—let’s keep things organized together!

Circle C’s unexpected guests: caring for our feline friends

You may have noticed the charming crew of cats and kittens roaming around Circle C Storage. I’m committed to ensuring that these little furry residents are well-fed, have access to fresh water, and receive proper care. With the help of a dedicated volunteer, we’re partnering with local animal services to implement a spay/neuter program, which will help keep the cat population in check and ensure their well-being.
I’ve also built a cozy shelter to protect them from the elements, and I’m personally providing food to keep their bellies full. Please help us keep them healthy by not feeding them human food—it’s not good for their tummies! If you’re so inclined and would like to pitch in, you can drop off food or litter on the side of the office. Every little bit helps our feline friends thrive!
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we strive to provide these cats with the love and care they deserve.

Rent is due on the first of the month

Just a quick reminder that rent payments are due by the 5th to avoid a late fee.

If you happen to fall behind by two months, I have to start the eviction process, which I really want to avoid.
